FAQ of the 7 Day Sugar Cleanse



Q: Do I have to take lots of pills or just drink liquids during the cleanse?

A: Nope, on this cleanse we are teaching the principals of eating God given real whole foods in balance.  We are crowding out the sugars and high allergen foods and adding in the delicious and nutrient dense foods.  You won’t go hungry on this plan.

Q: Does the food plan have foods on it that are hard to find or I won’t know what they are?

A: All of the foods on the shopping list and in the recipes are simple and easily found in the grocery store.  The easiest places to shop are the Co-op or Whole Foods, but Trader Joe’s and Cub Foods foods has the majority of the foods as well. 

Q: What foods will I be crowding out?

A: During the 7 days we will be crowding out high allergen foods such as gluten, corn, soy, dairy, sugar and peanuts.  All of the recipes are in balance and are very satisfying.  You won’t go hungry on this plan and the majority of the population will lose weight during the 7 days and beyond. 

Q: What kind of support will I receive during the cleanse?

A: There is a lot of support during the after the cleanse.  You will receive an Action Guide automatically emailed to you, once you register.  There are 3 live calls and at the end of the calls you will have the opportunity to ask questions.  There is a Facebook private group set up for participants of the cleanse and there is unlimited email access to me during the cleanse.  After the cleanse is completed you will receive a 1on1 private 30 minute call with me to help you transition to your next plan of action.

Q: The sugar cleanse dates don’t work for me?

A: That’s ok, all the calls are recorded and the Action Guide spells it all out for you, so you could actually do the cleanse on different dates then the actual “Live” cleanse.   You will still get the same great benefits, but just on your time frame.  I will also, still honor your FREE 30 minute call with me when your done.

Q: Will I be chained to the porcelain god during this cleanse?

A: No, you may have some withdrawal symptoms like, being tired, headaches and some cravings in the first 3 days or so, but by the 4th day, it’s like the sky has parted and  sun comes through and you start feeling like a new person. 

Q: After the cleanse is complete, then what?

A: You will receive a 30 minute 1on1 call with a me a Registered Nutrition Consultant.  During this call will discuss the next stage for you and design a game plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.  This time is designed for you to get all your questions answered and to feel confident on your next steps.

Q: Why is self-care on the cleanse so valuable?

A: Self care allows us to slow down and really get more balanced to the individual needs we all have.  A good self-care practice will allow us to lower our cortisol levels, the stress hormone that is linked to us hanging unto fat and thus gaining weight.  When we take care of ourselves first, everything else in our lives works so much better.  Each day a new self-care ideas is provided. 

Q: Will I have to make 1 meal for me and another for my family?

A: Absolutely Not!! - I am a firm believer of not being a short order cook.  All of the recipes on the cleanse are meals that my family and I eat on a regular basis.  I have two elementary aged children and they eat this way.  All the recipes are simple and balanced and also gluten free.
