    I am looking to lose about 60 lbs and really struggling. I went through the COR program a couple of years ago (with Julie) and found some success with it. I do not live in the twin cities, so would need more of an online program. Can you tell me more about your services?

    Hi Beth,
    I sent you an email, but don’t know if you get the one from your massive emails that you send so I thought I would send it to this one.
    I am looking for menu’s. I don’t know what to eat anymore. I am going to a chiropractor right now and getting my body adjusted and am fixing some issues there. I am on some supplements and am trying to get back to excising on a regular basis. I am an emotional eater big time which is why I am 50 lbs overweight.

    Can I get some menu’s from you for $50.00? I need some practical menus. I don’t like fish and everything that I have seen always has fish on the menu. I am taking fish oil pills 4 a day. I love most vegetables. I know that I need to have more meat in my diet, but it seems like the more meat I eat the more my stomach is blotted. I buy Grass Fed and I still feel blotted. I love smoothies and am doing different ones. I don;t know if you familiar with the attachment. I did the 21 day cleanse and it was fun because it told me what to eat each day. I learned that I really need structure on my eating. I don’t know how much I should eat each day. I think if I can lose my 50 lbs. and then get a menu on how to eat to stay that weight will be really helpful.

    What are your thoughts?
